Where applicable, your AKOLLEKT subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You must cancel your subscription through the platform or method you originally used to subscribe. If you are unsure, contact us at info@akollekt.com and we will assist you.
All purchases are final. Refunds are only provided where required by law (e.g., for users in the EU, UK, or Switzerland) or under the terms of our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

You are expected to interact with AKOLLEKT LTD personnel courteously and professionally. Any behaviour deemed abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or threatening may lead to immediate termination of your agreement at our sole discretion.
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You also waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits. By using AKOLLEKT LTD's services, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.
If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration agreement, you may opt out by sending a written notice to info@akollekt.com within 30 days from the date you first accept these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, associated email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of binding arbitration.
All deliverables, source code, designs, and documentation created by AKOLLEKT LTD under a paid engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AKOLLEKT LTD retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AKOLLEKT LTD and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our services.
While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and reliable deliverables, AKOLLEKT LTD does not guarantee specific outcomes. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
We may update or modify these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When such changes are made, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. By continuing to use AKOLLEKT LTD's services after any updates, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
