In addition to any refund rights you may have under applicable law, if you purchased AKOLLEKT services directly through our official website and the money-back option was clearly presented at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund — provided you meet all of the following conditions:

• You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your engagement period ends
• You have actively followed the agreed project or subscription for the minimum duration defined below:
  — Monthly or longer engagements: at least 7 consecutive days of activity
  — 4-week engagements: at least 5 consecutive days of activity
  — Weekly or biweekly engagements: at least 3 consecutive days of activity
• You can demonstrate your participation using the process outlined in the section below

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of our decision via email within 5 business days.

How to Demonstrate Project Participation

To qualify for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, you must provide evidence of engagement such as communication history, project activity logs, or milestone records clearly showing the level of participation:

• Monthly or longer engagements: minimum 7 documented interactions or milestones
• 4-week engagements: minimum 5 documented interactions or milestones
• Weekly or biweekly engagements: minimum 3 documented interactions or milestones

II. General Refund Policy

We appreciate your feedback and are committed to delivering a quality experience. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy.

If you do not meet the requirements of the Money-Back Guarantee, any fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless required by law. Refund requests that fall outside our policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is at our sole discretion.

Refunds are typically only issued during the active engagement period. If your contract has already ended by the time you submit your request, we may be unable to process a refund.
